I Had back surgery doctor remove L4 L5 disc and replace with bone and a titanium plate. How long to recovery?

Is being tree weeks sense I had the surgery my ok old pain went away but I have different pain in my lower back I don’t now if this pain is because the surgery and is going to go away or Nat I need answers? Is there someone that had the same surgery and how log did it takes to recover?

It takes a very long time to recover, often more than 2 months. Your doctor will probably tell you when he thinks it is okay to exercise, and exercise will help somewhat in terms of stretching out the muscles in the back. But your doctor will probably want you to avoid any serious activities until the bone fuses together, which can take over 2 months or more.
However, your pain should gradually get better with time, although a major surgery on your back is not going to feel entirely normal for a very long time.
